Job Description

ABC Imaging is currently seeking a customer service focused Field Printer Technician for the installation, maintenance and repair of desktop, laser, and multi-function printers, on-site at various customer locations.


Required skills:


  • High School diploma required
  • At least 5 years of documented printer maintenance experience
  • Proficiency in repairing laser printers
  • Printer certifications highly preferred
  • Ability to install printer drivers
  • Basic knowledge of computer networks
  • Proficiency in Windows
  • Interpersonal skills and professional verbal communication skills a must
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be willing to do 90% of local travel
